Who helps us process it
Our website and form use Cloudflare for hosting, security and human verification. Resend sends the quote notifications and confirmation emails. Microsoft provides the mailbox used to receive and manage enquiries. These providers process information for us under their own security and data-protection arrangements.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, the transfer must be covered by an approved adequacy arrangement or suitable contractual safeguards. You can ask us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are normally deleted within 24 months. If you become a customer, we may keep booking, correspondence and payment records for up to six years after the end of the relevant financial year where needed for tax, accounting, insurance or legal purposes. We delete information sooner when there is no longer a reason to keep it.
Security and automated decisions
We limit access to the people and services that need the information, use encrypted services and protect the quote form with Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile checks whether a submission is likely to be genuine, but we do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for a copy of your information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, restriction of use, transfer of information you provided, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also withdraw consent where consent is the basis being used.
You have the right to object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests.
